I made a purchase, but they sent me a second order without my consent. Attempts to call for help were futile as the number is invalid. They charged my card and refuse to issue a refund. I managed to cancel the unauthorized subscription, but they tried to charge me again after confirming the cancellation. To top it off, the product is ineffective. Why would I consider buying from them again? This feels like a scam.
