I ordered 3 x illuminateStrips at a cost of £94.48 on 22 January 2022. The lights are great but need charging regularly. The original metal fastenings didn't work so replacements were sent. Unfortunately, the regular charging impacted the charging leads to the point that they no longer worked. 2 new chargers were sent out. Unfortunately, the new ones don't connect to the lights at all so I am left with 3 lights that I cannot charge. On Saturday, I emailed to ask either be able to return everything for working replacements or a refund. To date I haven't heard back. Whilst I love the lights, at £94.48 and not working and no contact. It's quite a costly error for me.
