I ordered the whole shabang

I ordered the whole shabang, glow serum quarterly subscription starter kit with spray and oil wipes. Had a problem with only part of my order arriving, horrible customer service. Reached out to them and they tried to offer me 10% off my next three orders. I ask the why can’t they just ship me what I purchased they said extra will come in my next monthly subscription purchase, but I purchased a quarterly subscription so they are misleading and confusing. I don’t want to be charged monthly! They say to shave every two weeks but are unwilling to provide the tools to do that even if I did get my total order. This was so annoying to explain back and forth with a customer rep when I was the one missing items and not getting what I purchased. I decided not to continue fighting with them and just requested a refund, after no reply I filed for refund through CC company. Sad that I had to deal with the lack of care from Jill Customer service continuously. Don’t support this company just out to make a quick buck by taking your money and not providing what they say they will just to dump whoever they’ve wronged and on to the next! The powder does also suck and a nice apricot oil works just as well if not better than their face oil wipes.
