I ordered a starting kit on Dec 1st. They charged me $14.98. Today is the 27th. I never received a kit. I have emailed customer service six times and only received one response, that my package had been "lost" and if I wanted a new one sent or a refund. I asked for a refund. Then again silence. Wrote three more times and still, to this day, have never heard a response. this is terrible customer service. I will also be sending a report to the Better Business Bureau. I want a refund.
