I followed TryKindled’s cancellation policy exactly and they still continued shipping and trying to charge me.I emailed them three days before the next shipment, which is the latest allowed cancellation window according to their policy. They did not respond, and shipment #2 arrived anyway.I emailed again immediately after shipment #2 arrived and clearly said CANCEL. Their response claimed that I would now owe them the full price for all shipments, which directly contradicts their own policy. Their policy says that full price only applies if you cancel after one shipment. After two shipments, the discounted pricing applies — which I had already met.Instead of canceling, they tried to push other options I didn’t agree to. I repeated my cancellation request.Shipment #3 was still sent, despite all of this. I refused the package and marked it “Return to Sender” and am now filing a credit card dispute.This company ignored cancellation requests, shipped products anyway, and tried to pressure me into paying charges not supported by their own policy. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering.
