What a letdown! I was eager to try this product after watching videos of people claiming to use it. There was no plumping, no hydration, and definitely no "real look". What I received was more like a crayon that resembled a concealer rather than anything that enhances. It felt hard and dry like a crayon too. I even ordered a second one, hoping the first was just a fluke, but neither worked. They provided absolutely no effect. All you get is a nude crayon stick that does nothing for your lips. I would love to get a refund, but I doubt that will happen. I am extremely disappointed.
