I bought these scar plasters 1 month ago as a single purchase (no mention of subscription). One month later, I was charged again. Reached out to the help line: “Sorry, we can’t give you the refund, as the thing is already shipped, but can offer you 30% refund, plus I’ve already gone ahead and cancelled your subscription”. One month later - ANOTHER CHARGE!! I went online and saw - subscription wasn’t cancelled. I cancelled it right away and wrote to them again, saying I need a full refund. Reply - sorry, it was already shipped, do you want 30% refund? I told them I’m waiting for the full refund or will be contacting the consumer protection services. Not feeling too hopeful though, as they are based in the US and we are in Germany.
