I would rate it minus 100 but there is not star for that. I received a different product from what I ordered. Was upsold and the original order was not canceled. I have been asking for a refund - since they guarantee it - since December 11th, 2025. I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission, my states Attorney General, senators, and am trying to warn others you will be out the money and maybe not receive a product or if you do, it is not what is advertised. I am looking for other websites I can warn people about this and so far, have used this one, Sitejabber, multiple Facebook pages. Please spread the word!
