Company is scammy. I purchased one of their pens after being bombarded all over Fb and IG with adds from them to give it a try I only had it for a few hours before throwing it out. First red flag: the shipping was coming from china but they claimed to be in the US; the site itself for tracking was Chinese. Second red flag: when in received my package the label that had the return address was ripped off conveniently exactly where the majority of the return address was, all except the “state” which said TX that was all I could read. Again the tracking site was Chinese and it showed where it was being shipped from which was China.Third red flag: compared to nail oil pens I found on amazon you get a HALF filled penFourth red flag: customer serviceAt first it seemed fine, and as someone who washes their hands a lot due to anxiety issues I kept reapplying it multiple times in a few hours. After those few hours I noticed my fingernails and skin around my nails was just as dry as if I hadn’t applied anything to my nails at all. Also I noticed the smell of the “serum” smelled like fragranced hand sanitizer and the “serum” dried in seconds when the ingredients claimed to have all kinds of oils in it. It dried in seconds like something that had alcohol in it like what you’d find in moisturizing hand sanitizer.When I tried to contact the company and told them I had thrown it away they were upset about the fact I had thrown out the product BEFORE CONTACTING THEM because despite their ads running and saying you can only get a refund by returning the item as you received it. In other words you can only get a refund for it if you don’t use it. When I told them I would be contacting the better business bureau they suddenly stopped caring about anything I said or showed them (screen shots from scam tracking sites saying their site had low score and was more than likely a scam) and just kept saying they would contact the BBB as well to disprove my statements. Despite I had seen many people commenting on the advertisements saying they never received their orders or it made their nails MORE brittle.I did go to try and contact the BBB but because I didn’t have a return address to put in for the form I couldn’t put a complaint in. So I’m settling for here and on their multiple fb pages they made to run reels and adverts with the one and only model they use for the adverts to warn people.Just go to Amazon and buy a $6 6 pack of nail oil pens from Saviland. They have all the same ingredients and smell good and feel like actual oils
