I was informed that a glitch had occurred during processing and was asked to provide my PayPal username—a request that felt unusual and concerning. Despite assurances that my refund would be issued within five business days, that timeframe has now passed. My follow-up inquiries have gone unanswered for an unreasonable amount of time. This experience has been frustrating and has raised serious concerns about the company's reliability in handling returns and refunds. Transparency and prompt resolution should be standard, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
