This review is strictly my opinion. I saw the ad on Facebook and was so excited that I could do my nails by myself. I saw that the address was in NY so again I thought this would be trustworthy. Then I found out that it was coming from CHINA, then I knew it would take longer than normal, which it was! I got the kit with the 5 colors and opened only one color because they stated that the return policy says in original pkg, within 30 day to get a refund. So I tried the new color, the nail tips were extremely narrow, looking quite ridiculous. I couldn’t even get the thumb nail to stick at all. I worked over 8 hours trying to figure out what I did wrong. I read all the instruction, video’s, anything I could but nothing worked. SO I wrote the company asking for my unopened item be returned and refunded. I even sent pictures of my unopened item, pictures of the front and back of the nails on my hand. It was a mess, the gel was so sticky it was hard to get out of the tub, plus one tub would not do both hands, it was NEVER smooth like it showed. needless to say my inquiries went no where, then they stopped writing me back, PERIOD…I would never buy from this company or China again!!!
