I ordered this product November 19th, 2025 and I have still not received my item. They give you some weird tracking number that doesn’t update at all. You don’t know where your package is coming from. I paid for express shipping and there was nothing express about it. They advertise on their site that you’ll get it in a few days. It’s been at least 2-3 weeks and I still haven’t gotten anything. Then they give you the run around when you email them. Whoever Mavis is? They don’t care about how you feel at all when they email you. They will block your email address, tell you that you won’t get a refund and give you the run around. I’m still trying to get my money back. Last thing the told me is to get a claim from USPS, when they have a money back guarantee and my order is over 2-3 weeks late! DO NOT SUPPORT THEM OR BUY THIS. Do not waste your time. They refuse to refund me! I will be reporting them to every site and institution imaginable. They are scammers.
