The product is made in China. Initially, I had suspicions and inquired about the balm's origin, but the staff avoided my questions. Eventually, I requested a refund because I didn't want to use it without knowing its source. They first offered a 30% refund and asked me to keep the balm. I insisted on a full refund, and they finally provided a return address, which was in China. Additionally, I was charged for a second order without setting up a recurring order. Extremely frustrating.
