First....the positives. These products work GREAT!! If you suffer from Eczema, KP or extremely itchy dry skin, then this trio is your answer!! I can't say that about many products but when you use this twice a day on clean skin...it's like a MIRACLE!! This Eczema cream combined with the resurfacing lotion and the Hyperpigmentation lotion, really delivers on what it says it can do. They have managed to put all the right ingredients in here and my skin stays hydrated and moisturized all day. No more itching and scratching!! Now for the negatives: Fluctuating pricing and deceptive advertising as far as how they ship and deliver their products. Basically LIES!!! They claim to use ,"reputable" shipping companies like DHL and FedEx. They also will falsely make you believe that the USPS is somehow involved. Also a LIE! As far as I know, customers don't get a choice. Long story short....I never received my products that were allegedly "delivered" Meanwhile, THEY couldn't even track it or provide PROOF! Even as I type this, the status of my shipment is "Awaiting package from the Sender"! However...they claim it was delivered a week ago when it was "Out For Delivery" for 7 days! Only today did they provide a generic photo of half a dozen random packages thrown on the ground. This company uses 3rd party couriers from China like UniUni, GoFo, Track17, Yanwen,etc.. At no point is the USPS involved! If they were, packages would be placed in mailboxes, or parcel lockers. Instead...it's a snatch and grab free for all. Flip a coin if you actually get your delivery if you live in an apartment building without a designated mail room or concierge. This company simply doesn't care about YOU or your hard earned money. So...until they can insure and assure their deliveries by providing customers with a preferred shipping option, pass by this company!!
