Tanya with Travel Bliss did a fantastic job putting together our trip. The pre-trip information was thorough and easily understood. Tanya gave us a bound itinerary with the dates in each location, names and addresses of each hotel, and the activities that were scheduled in each place. She was also able to schedule in some free time in each location to allow flexibility of all travelers.
Tanya was very helpful answering questions and addressing concerns. She communicated to the group in a timely manner when something changed from what was originally planned.
