They tried to charge me the same amount again a month after I received my shipment, which I had not even tried yet! My bank notified me, and I had to cancel my card. Needless to say, I won't even attempt to use the product...who knows what's in it. I also noticed—too late, unfortunately—that their email is a generic one. No legitimate service has a generic email account! SCAM.
