I ordered 5 packages that were supposed to be different flavors, and instead received 5 packages of one flavor that I was least excited about. They offered 50% back, and when I mentioned I didn’t want that flavor even at 50% and wanted to invoke the satisfaction guarantee, they replied with a scripted message about their return policy. Not only did they not honor their money-back guarantee, but they also wanted me to pay for the return of a product I didn’t order.
