I would rate this service even lower if possible. The product I received made me unwell, and my doctor advised against its use. There seems to be no option to cancel my subscription, and when I reached out, all I got were emails pushing me to buy more. Eventually, they claimed they would cancel my subscription but ended up shipping and charging me for the product again. Terrible customer support, and it feels like a scam.
