I bought the "snoring solution" and it took over three weeks to arrive. I asked for a refund and they went on to try and negotiate so I would keep the product. Four emails to be precise- a waste of my time. They finally agreed to take it back but the shipping was $17 (Netherlands). Awful customer service.
