I ordered Herbal Knee Patches for $39USD the payment went through as two seperate transacts for a total of $168.16AUD as a knee brace was added to my order. I cancelled it straight away, only to be told it was too late to cancel as my order had been processed. I immediately cancelled again cancelling everything, with the same result 3 times in all. each time with the same response. I emailed them only to be told my order was shipped and on its way and a tracking number was sent, which showed me it was not shipped until the next day. I have since had several emails with the same response, telling me I will love the products when they arrive, including one email telling me my order could not be processed for the patches as I left them in the cart. that was after I had been charged for them. This has happened to me before, but I thought it was just a mistake. I now think this is a practice.Shame as the products are good, but no trust in this company now, way too shifty
