high hopes for Think Smart, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The biggest issue with this company is the quality of its teaching staff. Rather than hiring experienced, qualified educators, they seem to rely on former IB students with little to no professional teaching background. While these individuals may have done well in the IB program themselves, that does not automatically make them effective teachers.The lack of proper teaching experience was evident—my instructor struggled to explain complex concepts clearly, and their lesson plans felt unstructured and disorganized. There was also a noticeable lack of professionalism, with some tutors showing up late, being unprepared, or failing to provide constructive feedback.For the high prices Think Smart charges, I expected much better. If you are looking for real educational support from trained professionals, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
