Had issues with my order and the customer service was terrible, no help whatsoever and completely disregarded my complaint and just reinforced their policies which I clearly had read before purchasing, if their own products aren’t up to par why can’t they take responsibility and try to help without being so rude and dismissive. Oh well, lesson learnt first and last time I will be ordering from here. Thanks for nothing, birthday ruined
