Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unsafe Product & Poor Support
I had a very disappointing experience with TST E-Bikes.
The bicycle was delivered with missing parts, including the seat extension and pedals. In addition, the throttle was malfunctioning, and more seriously, the cruise control does not disengage, which is a major safety hazard and makes the bike unsafe to ride.
Despite weeks of communication and full cooperation on my part, the company:
• Delayed the resolution repeatedly
• Changed their position multiple times
• Refused to provide replacement parts unless I paid extra
• Blamed the situation on a payment dispute instead of addressing the product defects
I was asked to send videos and photos, which I did, only to be told later that they “could not open them,” resulting in further delay and no solution.
At this point, the bicycle is disassembled, unusable, and unsafe, and no proper resolution has been offered. The customer support experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and exhausting.
I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before purchasing, especially if safety and after-sales support matter to you.
