this bike was perfect for my 5'8, 13 year old son and versatile to allow my 4'11 stature to sit comfortably. A good percentage comes preassembled, everything is great quality and easy to complete at home with the given tools. Amazing customer service, super understanding and quick to communicate. 10 out of ten buy! I bought the combo on a deal and saved a good amount of money, so now I or one of his older sisters can ride along. The battery life is outstanding, the headlight is very bright and the suspension is
phenomenal. The features are easy to use, I especially love the thumb throttle and the turn signals are the cherry on top!
