I paid and waited... and nothing ever happened. No response to email queries, just a plain rip-off.And, as an update dated 7 November, in response to Tsukiglass asking me to contact their support team: I have contacted you! I have waited for you to rectify the problem! And I am still waiting and you have still done nothing! All I can say as that you are prompt to react to a negative review, but less than keen to solve an issue repeatedly brought to your attention.
