Warning. This is a very sofisticated scam, where what you order is not what is sent. I ordered two of their Storm Japanese Crystal Whiskeyglasses, from their very professionally looking web site. It was hinted that it would be sent from Europe, but it was sent from.. guess where.. China. What I got was the same crap you can buy from Temu and other sites, much much cheaper. These are not crystal, hand made glasses. They are very clearly machine produced, thick and bulky things, with a very visible seam, going through the whole glass. The scam probably works something like this: The company is likely just one or a couple of guys in China, that buys glasses on the cheap, from the same place where the cheap Temu glasses comes from. They then market and sells it as high premium glasses. When people complain and want a refund, which is easy if you pay with Paypal, they will very quickly offer you 30% back on the price and you get to keep the glasses. Either way it's still a huge profit for them. Most people, me included will probably not go through the hassle of sending them back, since you, of course, need to pay out of your own pocket to send the package back to China. I took the 30% refund and threw the glasses in the trash, where they belong. One more lessons learned to always look at Trustpilot first, even if the web site looks professional.
