I placed an order for four whiskey glasses and an additional two per an ad on line. One of the glasses arrived with a chipped rim. I asked to return it and was given the option of receiving a replacement which I accepted.After two months and several emails to the support group, the replacement glasses arrived, one also with a chipped rim.I was told it was the fault of the delivery company, but the chip from the rim was not in the box and the glasses were very well secured so the defective glass could only have come from the manufacturer.The glasses are beautiful, but the company is very slow to respond.I would not recommend this company.
