After my 1 star review finally Tsuki contacted me and offered a 50% refund. I accepted as this was the best option I could get. I doubt they care about my satisfaction but about the review. It is not the fine japanese glassware I was looking for but decide for yourself. As a Whisky lover I was impressed by the extraordinary shapes of the glasses. And they look great on the pictures. I have ordered 6 glasses and what I got is disappointing. The look very cheap. The shipping cost would be on my side but don’t even try to send them back. You will not get any response. It was a waste of time and money for me but I hope my review can save yours
