I ordered on 30 September and the glasses only arrived today. The delivery time was insane.They’re advertised as high-quality Japanese crystal, but they’re absolutely not. They fail every test you’d expect crystal to pass — no ring, visible seams, light and dull. Just cheap glass.When tracking finally appeared, it showed they were shipping from China, which says it all. Feels like Temu-level rubbish at a premium price.I’ve requested a return and await a response, but I’ll have no hesitation in claiming the payment back through my card if needed.Avoid!Update: 22 October The team responded quickly to get my info but despite advising multiple times that the glasses aren’t damaged, they’re just not what I was sold (hand blown Japanese crystal) they’re insisting I send them photos. The photos do show both glasses are identical so clearly from a mould, but customers should not have to send photos to return items, that’s not how distance selling works. I’ll update once I have a reply from Madison.
