I ordered two Hoshi glasses on 8/24/25. I had gone back and forth for two months due to very negative reviews citing shipping delays, poor product quality, and poor customer service. I decided to "chance it" after considerable thought and having read some positive reviews. I received my glasses more quickly than expected but one of them was damaged in spite of impressive packaging. Aside from the damage, I was quite pleased with the glasses; no seams, no cloudiness in the glass, none of the other flaws mentioned in the negative reviews. I contacted customer service and received a prompt and helpful response. My concern was fully and quickly addressed. I am thoroughly pleased with my set of Tsuki glasses.
