I ordered a set of whiskey glasses as a Christmas present, though it was ordered in late December and I knew it could not be delivered for Christmas. That was fine. A month later, the delivery was never made, the promise to make a replacement delivery was never completed, there is no customer service telephone number to troubleshoot problems, and I've had no helpful response from Tsuki. Very disappointing experience! Did I mention that the glasses never arrived? However, I have received a ridiculous number of advertisement emails from Tsuki--at least a couple per week.
