Similar to other reviews, was initially very pleased with Tsuki glass purchase, leading to buying more glasses. However, one glass developed a major crack after normal use - tried to get in touch with company 4x - only way is by email - with no response whatsoever. Extremely frustrated and would NOT recommend buying anything from them.
