Substandard is the best way to describe this company. The is ZERO (0%) Customer service and/or support and impossible to return a purchase.The company requires an RMA number to return a order. However, after submitting five (5) comoany "Contact Us" forms, four (4) emails and two (2) FB posts, all I get is crickets! I have only received "canned" emails in response to my inquiries and ZERO (0) respj sws to my submitted contact forms or FB posts. I am going to notify AmExp and IG the company is scamming consumers.P.S. Returns with out the RMA number will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
