Terrible experience. First I was charged for 2nd day delivery, which I didn't ask for - took weeks to get that credit, after numerous emails and Tsuki offering to give me a "store credit" instead of the shipping refund.. Then I never received the product, so after three weeks, many more emails and ridiculous excuses from Tsuki customer service I finally received the product.. and I am less than impressed with the quality of the glasses as they have two visible seams on each glass. Oh yea, and after purchasing them during a 50% off sale I now realize I could have purchased them on Amazon at half the price I paid. It was an impulse purchase and BIG dissappointment!
