Initially, my order was "promised" to be here by Father's Day. However, when that didn't happen, I began to get worried that this was a scam. There was no way to get in touch with the company, there was no "online chat" that was mentioned in the website, and no response to any email I sent. So I called my bank (and just about anyone else who would listen) to report this as fraud. That being said, the order was in fact delivered yesterday (6-23-25), and the decanter and glass were as spectacular as I thought they would be. So they got a 3 star from me for customer service, but would be given a 5 star for the product itself. Now I have to go back to the blogs I participated in initially to notify readers that the product did come in, and while not before Father's Day, came a few days before my son's birthday.
