The items ordered don't match the quality or price point of what was ordered. Also the item received isn't even what I ordered. What was delivered looks like dollar store items, not a quality crystal glass as described. Extremely disappointed, and I've sent 4 emails(since no number is provided) with no response.Update: after 8th request to their support email, finally got a response. 1st - I placed two orders, the 1st was for a 6 glass gift set, what was received was 4 in one box, 2 in the other box of a smaller size.2nd - Ordered 4 of the Gold line glasses, received 4 of the the same glasses shipped in the first order.Another 3 emails later, asked if they could fix the orders, was given options to send back at my own expense, and reorder what I wanted. I settled for a 50% refund on both orders, since I wasn't spending anymore on these items.These Glasses are not crystal, they are Cast heavy glass, fused together with a very noticeable seam.
