I ordered this product on May 8 because the picture looked beautiful. As soon as I received it, I opened the first box and realized that the description and the quality do not match at all—what they wrote about this product is completely inaccurate. I decided to return it, but the company has given me a hard time. We exchanged emails back and forth; I emailed them about the poor quality of the product. They asked me to take pictures and send them, which I did. For a few days, I didn't receive any response. I kept asking for a return label, and finally they responded, offering me a credit or a 30% discount just to keep the product. I refused. After several weeks, they finally sent me a return label. The next day, I shipped the product back and provided them with the FedEx tracking number. According to their instructions, they should receive it and process my refund within 7 days. It’s now been 14 working days, and I still haven't heard anything from them.This website is completely a scam. I wish I had read all the reviews about this company before making a purchase. Do not buy anything from this company.
