Well to start I purchased the (four) 4- set with the marble stones...for chilling. Honestly I have not opened the outter plastic shipping bag, not an ideal outter package (they could have used a bubble wrap style bag), there are some rips and tears in the bag....California to Buffalo, NY is quite a trip 2875 miles one way. I did shake the package to listen for broken glass, I heard none. Anyway I made the purchase as a gift, only to find out the recipients ONLY use 'Waterford Crystal' and that they had ordered these glasses but returned them. So I didn't even offer them the gift set. Well I've spent approximately 18 hours over a couple of days, trying to get a PP return shipping lable so I may send them back for a full refund. The company gives a 30 day "no questions asked" return and refund, BUT it looks like it might take more than 30 days to get a reply. Of course trying to find a phone number was a challenge in it self. I will be calling someone named Clark Carson Tuesday morning 01/14/2025 at:713 666 0663Not really a comfortable prefix. If I cannot get this issue corrected PDQ, I will file a complaint with my credit card company.
