Ordered 4 glasses and everything came. Ordered 6 more and only 5 coasters came. I wrote and requested one more. They wanted a picture of the coaster. I did and sent it to them. Then they wanted me to take a picture of then 5 of them. These are real inexpensive item, maybe .10 item. Can't believe the runaround. Glad I didn't have a major problem! Careful who you deal with!
