Tsuki Glass is a scam. Whoever they paid to make their advertisements look like that deserve an award, but really they deserve to be in jail for how much of a scam artist they are, and how CHEAPLY made their products are! They are horrible to work with and do not get back to you right away when you are inquiring a refund. My husband and I even went as far as to email them (from another account) saying that we were interested in a large order for gifts, and they got back to us immediately. Just goes to show they only want our money. First, it is NOT crystal by any means. I can get better glasses at Dollarama! And there were mould lines from the manufacturing ("hand crafted" my ass)! To top it off, they will not give you a full refund unless you jump through hoops to return it (at a HIGH cost, I might add). They'll attempt 50% refund and 30% off next purchase. I would not buy anything from there ever again, even if you paid me!!Just for the love of all that is holy, do NOT waste your money here.
