What a nightmare this company is! We purchased the glasses on line, directly from Tsukiglass web site, for over $100, as a special gift. When we finally received them we took one look at them and boxed them back up! The quality is horrible! We immediately contacted them by email to request the required RMA#. (Side note: you must have an RMA#, pay for return shipping and also pay a 20% restocking fee for these pieces of sh#t Walmart quality glasses!) We have received three auto response emails so far with no RMA number yet! Giving birth was easier than returning these damn glasses! Do not orders from this company! Oh, I also found the exact same glasses, by the exact same manufacturer on Amazon for $19!!! It will cost me $40 in shipping and restocking fees to get rid of them!!!!
