I live in the U.S. I ordered this case and was politely informed by the staff that due to everything going on in the world, there may be a delay in getting it to the States. It only took 6 days to make it from the Isle of Man to me. The case is of very good quality, great fit to my Samsung S10 phone, and the buttons are very easy to operate through the case sides. All in all, I was very happy with the prompt shipping even with our circumstances and the politeness of staff to give me a heads up about a possible delay.
