I had a very good experience, the only thing I would say is that maybe if you ship to switzerland, maybe germany or austria aswell, put in a disclaimer that it will probably take more than 7-10 day, (25 for me). Maybe it took so lung due to covid, but anyways they left a nice handwritten message in there, and happy new years to you aswell guys 👍🏼.
