The Art Therapy session for Leaders was just fantastic. I had no idea what to expect but Anya made us feel so welcomed and at ease. The instructions were clear and the activity very therapeutic. I am amazed that The Wheel of Wellness activity could be that impactful. Something Anya said that resonated with me: The more healing a counselor undergoes, the more he/she can give healing.
