This is my second time to order from Tuc Tuc. I’ve been buying their clothes for the last 5 years from a local shop and love the quality and colours. I ordered this time last year and what a nightmare, countless emails and posts on Instagram trying to get my order sent, eventually received after 3 weeks, however the company did send me an apology and a sweetener to rectify. Nearly passed out when I saw all the reviews here I took a chance and ordered again on jan 28th as I couldn’t get sizes for my ever growing 5 year old. Arrived on 4th Feb and everything as gorgeous as ever and she is thrilled. They really do need to work on their customer service, send a dispatch email with tracking rather than leave you to search through the account looking for details etc
