Interacting with the service has been enjoyable, and I have no complaints in that aspect. I bought these shelving units to store boxes while preparing for a move. They are strong enough for that task, but I have concerns regarding their design. I'll need to move them with me, and I'm uncertain about carrying them assembled down the stairs while depending on the push joints to remain intact. I would rather not have to reassemble them, as it is a meticulous and time-consuming process.
