My experience with the service has been pleasant, and I have no complaints in that regard. I obtained these shelving units to hold boxes while preparing for a move. They are sufficiently sturdy for that purpose, but I have concerns about their design. I will need to relocate them with me, and I'm unsure about carrying them assembled down the stairs while relying on the push joints to remain secure. I would prefer not to have to reassemble them, as it is a precise and time-consuming task.
