Absolutely a disgrace. 4 day express shipping is a load of lies. Ordered on the 12/12 and still hasn’t even been dispatched and it was for a Xmas present, spent over $200+ and there response toMy email is we’re doing our best hang in there !! It is not good enough. I will be contacting consumer protection and the ombudsman and whom ever else I legally can first thing tomorrow
