if i could leave no stars i would. first of all the order went missing then arrived finally today all 4 trial bags in the box were half defrosted. I was not about to put half defrosted food into the freezer and since i would need to transition my dog slowly onto this food over a period of a week plus keeping the food in the fridge is not a good option least of all because it would take up too much room. How long does a fresh bag of dog food last in the fridge anyway. Tuggs were really awful with their response and insisted they would not refund for the food. I threw the food away because i treat half defrosted food for pets in the same way i do for humans.
Tuggs had as a gesture said they would add treats to the new box which arrived today (no treats) just goes to show how bad their pre shipment inspection is.
