No communication and no confirmation Two days before departure, I can’t check in due to no received confirmation code. I do have 6 of these codes but none works. I also don’t know in which hotel we are staying. Also no option to choose my chair reservation. Requested to check it myself via Emirates. Very very bad. Dissatisfied.Called several times, waiting time for customer service is at least 30min. If they don't put you on hold and than hang up themselves. Might file a complaint about tui to Emirates and the hotel as well. Hopefully their partners will talk to them.
